Ok I found the solution :<br />

The problem is, when you install ovzkernel this way :<br />

yum install ovzkernel<br />

yum install in fact the 32bit and 64bit kernel.<br />

The error comes when I try to boot on a 32bit kernel while It's a Centos 64bits.<br />
