As you can see this is not an error, but rather a warning. While installing the kernel package, system tries to create an initrd image with some predefined set of driver modules. In OpenVZ kernel, a few modules are built into the kernel, so they do not come as a modules — and this is where this warning comes from.<br />
<br />
In short: this is just a warning, it should be ignored since the driver in question is compiled into the kernel.<br />
