I don't find summerising discussions/threads to be all that enlightening for a new user as myself. It's much better to summarise the main points in a succinct way. If you must use Q+A, couldn't they go into an FAQ. I came here thinking I might actually learn how to set the UBC parameters. Only after seeing vzctl on the Resource shortage page did I actually find what I need.
