Precreated templates update (June 2012)

Added Fedora 17 templates to beta (require OpenVZ kernel 042stab056.11 or later). Ubuntu 12.04 templates moved out of beta. Fixed absent /dev/shm mount in CentOS 6 and Scientific Linux 6. Fixed bad device permissions in Ubuntu 12.04. All existing templates are updated.

Precreated templates update (April 2012)

Fedora 16 and SUSE-12.1 templates moved out of beta. Fedora 15 templates now comes with systemd not upstart. Added pkgconfig to centos-{5,6}-devel templates. Fixed bug #2223 (removed cron jobs) in Debian 5 and 6. All existing templates are updated.
