Templates update (Mar 2013)

Added openSUSE-12.3 (to beta). Fixed scientific-6 templates to not contain packages from fastbugs (#2525). Ubuntu-11.04, openSUSE 11.3 and 11.4 moved to unsupported (past-EOL). All existing templates are updated.

Templates update (Feb 2013)

Added Fedora 18 to beta (needs vzctl-4.2). Ubuntu 12.10 and openSUSE 10.2 moved out of beta. Ubuntu 10.10 and Fedora 15 moved to obsoleted (past-EOL). All existing templates are updated.

Fixed missing VZREBOOTDIR in Gentoo initscript. Fixed extra arguments parsing by add-on modules. Don't whine about unknown VE_STOP_MODE parameter. Prevent buffer overflow when loading newer ploop library.
