Bug fixes for:
- a kernel panic during online migration under a high network load
- short timeout for waiting netdevices to become free
- NMI watchdog not showing statistics for all CPUs when an NMI lockup is detected
- incorrect uncharge of pre-charged files if these files are closed not in the same thread where they were opened (triggered by e.g. named)
