I've just downloaded the CentOS live CD. Upon booting, I am asked for the username and password, which is not stated here or in any page related to this one. Shouldn't this information be added?

if you cant provide it, then stop offering this download and wasting your and everybdy's bandwidth - as well as peoples time and cd's.
