Restore running containers after reboot. Faster host restart by doing CT suspend instead of stop. vzctl start tries to restore CT first if default dump file exists. Add OOM adjustments configuration. vzctl: add 'suspend' and 'resume' aliases (for 'chkpnt' and 'restore'). Many bug fixes and improvements.
