Since 028stab090.4:
- Rebase on 238.19.1 rhel5.6 update (security and bug fixes, see below)
- "maxheld" for "tcpsndbuf" fixed
- "quotacheck" inside modern distributions fixed (#1904)
- disallow loading ipv6 module if vzmon is loaded (to prevent a kernel panic)
- more ip6tables compat (i.e. 32-bit CT on x64 kernel) fixes
