Changes

This is a next stable update to 3.0.24, fixing a few regressions in that release:

• Restore vzgetnetdev incompatibility with mawk (#1506, #1588, #1602)
• Fix unclosed double quote in IP_ADDR value in ct.conf (#1628)

Also, a few important fixes (that are not regressions in 3.0.24) are also included:

• Fix broken networking in Ubuntu 10.04 after apt-get upgrade
• vzctl start: do not remove 127.0.0.1 aliases from /etc/hosts (#1618, #855)
• Fix netmask for IPv6 address in a Gentoo container (#1571)
