Fix for upstream bug (appeared in 2.6.32-042stab092.1/2) when a container could fail to restart, remaining in the 'mounted' state (#PSBM-28104). The issue could also be triggered by an unprivileged user in any container, resulting in a memory leak and a potential DoS attack.

Templates update Jul 2014

CentOS 7: moved out of beta, added rsyslog (#3021) and policycoreutils (#3020) packages, configured vz repos. Ubuntu 14.04: gpg keys added to /etc/apt/trusted.gpg. Debian 6: configured LTS repo (#3003). Ubuntu 13.10 moved to unsupported (EOL July 17, 2014). All existing templates are updated.

Ubuntu 14.04: moved out of beta, enabled ssh root login with password. openSUSE 12.2 moved to unsupported (past EOL). Minimal templates added to beta: CentOS 6, Debian 6 and 7, openSUSE 13.1, Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04. All existing templates are updated.
