• src/snapshot.c: log errno after failed rename

Improvements

• logger(): don't spoil errno
• Macro GET_DUMP_FILE is internal, move to .c
• is_vzquota_available(): use access() and check for x bit
• stat_file(): use access() instead of stat()
• vzctl_env_[u]mount_snapshot: rm guid check
• vzctl_env_create_snapshot(): explicitly specify guid on rollback
• vzctl_env_switch_snapshot(): rework using ploop_switch_snapshot_ex()
• vzctl restore: more consistent error printing
