New functionality: vz-postinstall script to set sysctl.conf and disable selinux; auto-propagation of name server and search domains from the host; stop-timeout option; vztmpl-dl script for templates download/update; vzmigrate option to ignore some pre-migration checks; vzmigrate ability to migrate to a host with different VE_ROOT/VE_PRIVATE.
