Fedora 16 and SUSE-12.1 templates moved out of beta. Fedora 15 templates now comes with systemd not upstart. Added pkgconfig to centos-{5,6}-devel templates. Fixed bug #2223 (removed cron jobs) in Debian 5 and 6. All existing templates are updated.
