• postcreate.sh: support for Debian 8/Ubuntu 15.04+ xattrs
• vzctl create: add pigz support (if available)
• vzlist: add netfilter, capability output fields
• compilation fixes for Alpine Linux / musl libc
• vzctl destroy: handle the semi-mounted ploop
• vzubc: allow for more than 999%
