Added info on RHEL flavors

New RHEL5 based kernel uses different flavors naming. I.e.
* UP kernel is no longer provided
* SMP kernel comes without any flavor (like old UP)
* entnosplit kernel comes as PAE
* enterprise kernel is not yet provided
