Regressions

• vzctl set --hostname: fix adding netmask to /etc/hosts (#2014)
• vzctl set --ipadd: if no netmask is specified, set it to /32 (#2017)

Bug fixes

• Fix stdin/stdout after vzctl enter (#1956)
• etc/init.d/vz-redhat: fix IPTABLES_MODULES usage (#2018)
