If it happened to your Centos 5 get one for FC6 rpm -Uvh ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/6/i386/os/Fedora/RPMS/yum-metadata-parser-1.0-8.fc6.i386.rpm
