Restore running containers after reboot. Faster host restart by doing CT suspend instead of stop. vzctl start tries to restore CT first if default dump file exists. Add OOM adjustments configuration. vzctl: add 'suspend' and 'resume' aliases (for 'chkpnt' and 'restore'). Many bug fixes and improvements.

Precreated templates update (October 2012)

Really fixed lost SUID bits (ping, sudo etc.) for Ubuntu/Debian templates (#2328). Added opensuse-12.1 and ubuntu-12.10 (prerelease) templates to beta. All existing templates are updated.
