Templates update January 2015
New beta templates: Ubuntu 14.10, Fedora 21, openSUSE 13.2 (require kernel 042stab102.9). Added bsdutils to Debian 7 minimal (#3135). All existing templates are updated.

Fix ploop balloon discard wrt 042stab10x kernel. Fix offline snapshot merge with raw base image. Fix re-reading partition table on create. Improvements for ploop check.
