Importing a new version from external source
* Choose Elastic IP section in the menu;
* Click Allocate New Addresses;
* Choose just created Elastic IP and click Actions > Associate Address;
* Choose your instance;
* Choose corresponding Private IP of your instance;
* Click Associate.
