Debian versions
Debian people refer to versions of Debian distribution in a few ways: by nicknames, by numberic versions, and by statuses. The following table summarizes the relations between those referrals.
Note that status is changing over time, e.g. "Lenny" will become stable (and get a number) some time in future.
