If you want to add a HOWTO article, the best way to do is to type its name (for example "Extranet setup") into the search box at the left and click on "Go" button. Search will tell you there is no such page, and will suggest you to create a page. Just follow the "create page" link and type in your article. In the bottom of the article, place this line:

This is important if you host several VEs in the same Hardware Node so that you don't have to repeat the same process again and again.
